At the Edutribes Foundation, we value our donors and take our obligations to them very seriously. We understand that there may be circumstances where a donor would like to request a refund of their donation.

We are happy to provide refunds to donors in accordance with our policy.

Donor Refund Policy

Our donor refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of the initial donation.

• Refunds will only be issued for donations made with a credit card or other electronic payment method.

• Refunds will not be issued for donations made by check or cash.

• Refunds will not be issued for donations made to a specific program or project.

• Refunds will not be issued for donations made in error.

• Refunds will be issued to the original donor.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
